Terms of Use
By using KvarGo you accept these rules. Please read them before registering or contacting a mechanic.
1. Platform and operator
KvarGo is operated by Kvargo. Contact: support@kvargo.net.
2. What does KvarGo do?
KvarGo guides users through informational vehicle-symptom questions and shows mechanics relevant to the selected location, vehicle and service. Users may contact a mechanic by phone, Viber or WhatsApp.
KvarGo is not a workshop, towing service, parts seller or a party to the agreement between a customer and mechanic. Price, appointment, scope and quality of work are agreed directly with the mechanic.
3. Diagnosis is not a professional inspection
The questionnaire result is a basic informational estimate based on user answers. It is not a confirmed fault, accuracy guarantee or substitute for inspection by a qualified person. If the vehicle is unsafe, stop driving and contact appropriate assistance.
4. Ranking and advertising
Results must match the requested location and service. Within relevant results, active paid campaigns may rank first, followed by manually promoted profiles, verified average rating and rating count. Paid results are labelled as sponsored. Promotion is not a quality certification or a recommendation to hire a particular mechanic.
5. User obligations
- provide accurate information and not abuse search, rating or contact features;
- assess whether the vehicle is safe to drive and follow instructions from competent services;
- confirm price, timing, warranty, qualifications and other important conditions before hiring;
- not submit abusive, false, unlawful content or third-party personal data in comments.
6. Registered mechanic obligations
- publish accurate, current identity, location, contact and service information;
- provide only services for which legal and professional requirements are met;
- hold the rights to submitted photos, names, logos and other content;
- comply with consumer, tax, safety and other applicable rules;
- not encourage false ratings or manipulate rankings.
7. Ratings and comments
A rating invitation is sent only when a user voluntarily leaves an email while contacting a mechanic. A rating is verified when submitted through the unique email link. The user is responsible for the comment.
We may hide or remove a clearly fraudulent, abusive, promotional or unlawful rating, or one containing third-party personal data. A mechanic may report a disputed rating but cannot demand removal solely because it is negative.
8. Profiles and moderation
Registration does not guarantee publication. We may review, request corrections, reject, temporarily hide or close a profile because of inaccurate information, complaints, abuse, inactivity or breach of law or these terms.
Initial profiles may be created from publicly available business details found online and are clearly marked unverified. A person claiming to operate a workshop may submit a claim, choose their own password and provide a verification method. The profile is not attached to the account until an administrator verifies an existing public contact or suitable evidence.
An unverified public profile may be reported for correction or removal. Community confirmation is not a guarantee of identity, qualifications or quality.
9. External services
WhatsApp, Viber and Google Maps are independent services. Their availability, data processing and rules are outside KvarGo’s control. Users open them at their own request and are subject to their terms.
10. Intellectual property
The KvarGo name, design, text, software and original content are protected by applicable law. Users and mechanics retain rights in submitted content but grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to store, format and display it as needed to operate the platform and promote their profile.
OpenStreetMap data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL), with “© OpenStreetMap contributors” attribution and a source link.
11. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information and the platform available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability of a particular mechanic, diagnostic accuracy, price, timing or repair outcome. KvarGo is not liable for acts of mechanics or users except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes and termination
We may change features and these terms for service development, security or regulatory reasons. The current version and effective date will appear here. Users may stop using the platform, and a registered mechanic may request profile closure.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia unless mandatory rules in the user’s country require otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
